This one-of-a-kind piece is what we call and "End of the Day Project." These occur when the inspiration to make something completely unique from the left-over glass on the work table is greater than the motivation to clean the studio.
It started with just the one piece of Black & Clear Baroque, left over from a custom work, lying on the table screaming "THUNDERSTORM" at me. I looked around, and behold, there were some white 'catspaw' clouds in the white glass bin and some blue raindrops in a bucket. Add some nuggets for hail & a wire lightning bolt overlay & voila....Stormy Weather is born.
